A place that remembers you
Originally built in 1950 as a private Spanish villa overlooking the coast, Costa Verde spent its first decades as the retreat of a prominent Valencian family. The property passed hands only once — in 2018, when a careful restoration was undertaken to preserve its Mediterranean bones while introducing the comforts a contemporary guest expects.
The result is a resort that feels genuinely lived in. Terracotta courtyards, hand-laid mosaic floors, and wrought-iron balustrades share space with deep soaking tubs and rooms that open to the sea. Nothing here was designed to look luxurious — it simply is.
Thirty-two rooms, three dining venues, a garden spa, and a stretch of private beach. Everything else is time, and there is plenty of it.
