Spa & Wellness
The spa occupies the ground floor of the original villa, where thick walls and stone floors hold the temperature at something between cool and cool enough. Six treatment rooms, a hammam, an outdoor yoga terrace, and a team of therapists who do not upsell.

Beach & Pool
The private beach is 200 metres of fine sand, entirely reserved for guests. Loungers and umbrellas are set out before 8am and cleared at dusk. Towels are changed without asking.
The main pool sits in the centre courtyard — 25 metres, saltwater, kept at 26°C. Poolside service from the Beach Bar runs throughout the day. A second, adults-only plunge pool is tucked behind the spa garden.

The concierge team has spent years building relationships with guides who know the landscape well enough to take you off the standard route. Half-day, full-day, and multi-day options. All transport arranged.

Weddings & Events
The terrace garden seats 80 for dinner under the stars. The courtyard accommodates up to 120 for a standing reception. Both have hosted weddings that, by all accounts, remain the best day of the people who had them.
The events team handles ceremony permits, flowers sourced from the local market, catering from the kitchen, and anything else that needs handling. There is also a conference room for those whose reason for gathering is more operational.

Wellness Programmes
A series of three, five, and seven-day residential programmes developed with the spa team. Each one follows a different focus — rest and restoration, movement and strength, or digital detox. Accommodation, meals, and treatments are included.

Kids Club
Open daily from 9am to 5pm, the Kids Club is staffed by trained childcare professionals and takes children from 4 to 12. Activities change weekly — cooking with the kitchen, pottery, sea life identification, and beach games.
There is also an evening session on Fridays and Saturdays until 9pm, so parents have time for a long dinner at the restaurant or a full evening at the Sky Lounge.

The way we do things
Costa Verde has operated with a long-term view since 1950. The restoration in 2018 formalised commitments that were already part of how the property runs — to the land, the coast, and the community around it.
Solar-first energy
84% of the property's electricity comes from rooftop solar installed during the 2018 restoration. The remaining grid draw is from a certified renewable provider.
Local sourcing
All produce is sourced from within 20km. Four farms supply the kitchen directly. Fish comes from cooperative boats whose catch is certified sustainable.
Water stewardship
Rainfall collection, greywater recycling, and drip irrigation in the gardens reduce freshwater consumption by 60% compared to comparable properties.
No single-use plastics
Amenities are in refillable ceramic dispensers. Water is filtered and served in glass. Straws, packaging, and disposables are not used anywhere on the property.
Community employment
92% of the team are from the surrounding region. The hotel funds two apprenticeship places each year in partnership with the local vocational college.
Marine conservation
1% of annual revenue is directed to the Alicante Marine Reserve fund. Staff participate in monthly beach and reef cleaning with local conservation volunteers.
